Operational 1. To provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests. 2. To answer all telephone calls and enquiries. 3. To take table reservations and effectively controlling the flow of guests in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover. 4. To lead guests to the table and seat them only if the table is fully setup. 5. To assist in the operation during busy periods. 6. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu. 7. To handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries and on food, beverage and service. 8. To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship. 9. To ensure that the reception desk and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

1. To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules and Regulations established in the Employees Handbook. 2. To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotels policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety. 3. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times. 4.
